📋 Description
• Support corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing deals • Work directly with clients and participate in complex deal execution
🎯 Requirements
• 2–6 years of transactional law firm experience • Experience at an Am Law 120 firm preferred • Background in asset-based financing or a similar transactional practice • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Active admission to the New York State Bar
