📋 Description

• Provide timely support to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email • Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy of part identification, repair vs. replace decisions, labor charges, photo quality, and documentation of files • Verify compliance with program mandates, such as parts usage, labor rates, allowed operations, etc. • Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review findings • Improve store profitability and ARO • Balance multiple priorities, demonstrate proficient technical skills, and deliver a high-quality work product.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ automotive appraisal experience preferred • Experience as technician, painter, or manager in an auto body shop preferred • 1-2 years’ experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred • Experience with the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform • Experience working in Microsoft Excel • Strong customer service as well as relationship & conflict management skills.
