📋 Description

• We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Salesforce Market Leader to drive Salesforce practice expansion, client engagement, delivery oversight, and business growth. • Lead and grow the Salesforce practice across delivery, capability building, and revenue generation. • Drive business development, client engagement, solutioning, and presales activities. • Partner with sales and leadership teams for RFPs, proposals, and account expansion. • Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs. • Build and mentor high-performing Salesforce teams across multiple clouds. • Strengthen Salesforce alliance relationships and go-to-market initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce leadership experience. • Expertise across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Data Cloud. • Proven experience in practice management, consulting, presales, and delivery leadership. • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Salesforce certifications preferred.
