📋 Description

• Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and consolidation cycles for all Ferrara entities worldwide • Prepare each segment's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Prepare and review quarterly reporting unit analytics to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and variances, and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting requirements • Assist with the annual audit process under US GAAP and IFRS, including preparation of the annual financial statements and related footnotes • Research and assess technical accounting matters and new accounting standards • Support ad-hoc financial reporting projects, such as M&A activities and enhancement of financial reporting tools • Responsible for the execution of month end close steps including journal entries and reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred • 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting and/or technical accounting • U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience preferred • Experience with a consolidation system such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, or OneStream preferred • High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
