📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to support data-driven decision making • Query and analyze large datasets across multiple systems • Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models • Design and implement pilots to validate and optimize models in real-time environments • Create data visualizations, technical documentation, and executive-ready presentations • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • Manage projects involving complex datasets and cross-functional teams • Independently execute analytical work from hypothesis through final deliverables • Identify patterns and trends to support innovation in care delivery and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience • Experience with data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, R, Java, or C/C++ • Strong experience with SQL and working with relational databases • Experience with machine learning (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM) • Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop testable hypotheses and predictive models • Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects • Familiarity with healthcare data, EHR systems, genomics, or medical imaging preferred • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and modern data science tools preferred
