📋 Description

• Defining strategy and leading end-to-end architecture, design governance, and delivery for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes • Partner closely with Product Management to translate vision into clear requirements • Align stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors) • Guide delivery by balancing new features, defect resolution, and technical debt • Establish scalable, supportable solution patterns and standards across the full lifecycle • Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas • Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases • Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization • Develop and execute test plans, conduct CRP, SIT and UAT • Independently manage new WMS site implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities • 8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling etc. • Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities • Must be fluent in English. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
