• Be the calm problem-solver behind the scenes—support Epic stability and revenue cycle workflows • Resolving tickets, handling break-fix issues, and delivering optimization projects • Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement • Triage and resolve incoming tickets • Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows and implementing safe fixes • Configure/update Epic build within specialty area • Plan and execute appropriate testing (unit/integrated/regression) • Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders and internal teammates • Deliver small optimization projects (for Senior roles)
• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing • Broad working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing and an understanding of how modules and workflows connect • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role focused on problem-solving, requirements gathering, testing, and system implementation (Analyst Level) • 4 –5+ years of experience independently delivering analyst work (Senior Analyst Level) • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs • Strong written and verbal communication
