📋 Description

• Analyze stakeholder requirements, identify data needs and sources, and extract and manipulate data using reporting and analytical tools. • Integrate data from disparate sources to provide insights and develop visualizations, interactive dashboards, and displays. • Collaborate with IS and other departments to design, create, test, and implement analytic tools and applications to improve data collection and reporting. • Perform data quality and profiling activities to ensure best practices are followed and information delivered is reliable and of high quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field • Preferred Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field • 5 years Business/Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Analytics/Quality, Clinical/Operational decision support, or related field • Required 3 years Experience with SQL in an Oracle and/or SQL Server environment • Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Epic (EMR), Healthcare Data Literacy. • Preferred Experience: Data Modeling for analytics and BI, Databricks (Spark SQL), Python, MS Fabric, Cloud-Based Platforms.
