📋 Description

• Define and prioritize problem spaces: Identify the highest-impact opportunities across customers and workflows • Lead complex, cross-functional engagements: Drive discovery, design, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders • Set direction for agent design: Guide solution architecture and key tradeoffs, including customization vs standardization • Own execution across initiatives: Ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery predictability across multi-threaded efforts • Build and improve delivery systems: Establish frameworks for scoping, execution, measurement, and quality • Translate patterns into platform: Turn cross-customer learnings into product and platform improvements • Influence roadmap and strategy: Shape product and technical direction based on field insights • Raise the bar across the team: Improve standards for product thinking, execution rigor, and delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required) • 8–12+ years of experience across product, solutions, consulting, or technical leadership roles • Deep experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations or transformations • Strong ability to connect business problems to scalable technical solutions • Track record of driving both product direction and execution across teams • Experience managing large, multi-threaded initiatives with multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication and influence across technical and executive audiences • Experience with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, or highly technical SaaS products (nice to have) • Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries (nice to have) • Experience shaping product strategy from field or customer insights (nice to have) • Familiarity with building scalable systems or platform capabilities from repeated deployments (nice to have)
