📋 Description

• Installing new or modified equipment at the customer’s facility and ensuring full functionality according to specifications. • Analyzing, reviewing and inspecting findings to determine the source of problems, and recommending repair, replacement, or other corrective actions. • Coordinating problem resolution with factory or Phillips inside service support to expedite repairs. • Providing on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. • Updating and completing current incomplete service reports to reflect accurately and completely the work performed. • Providing feedback to the factory to help update and make changes to the service procedure used in troubleshooting and completing repairs to the machine in the field. • Providing a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer. • Conducting training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrating skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with maintenance on CNC machines. • Valid driver's license. • Ability to travel on the road up to 80% of the week with possible overnight stays between Monday - Friday. • A high mechanical aptitude with some electrical knowledge. • Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally. • Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
