📋 Description

• Drive all aspects and lead a cross-organizational team to develop a vision, strategy and implement solutions for Professional Services, Managed Services and Custom Services • Define roadmaps for Rimini Street professional services aligned with market needs and evolution, competitors’ offerings, and feedback from clients and the field • Drive development of professional services and managed services products across ERP, enterprise software, AI, cloud and security platforms • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Rimini Street core support offers in the market • Support and engage actively with our Sales, Client Success and Renewal teams around the world to achieve expected revenue targets (new client invoicing and renewals) for our professional services offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management roles • 10+ years of experience with SaaS and ERP ecosystems (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) • Proven ability to innovate on and around legacy, on-premise enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, supply chain, and related platforms) • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth, client adoption, and market differentiation through productized services • Experience scaling a business from $50M+ to $100M in revenue within a short timeframe, ideally in enterprise software or services • Strong ability to design and deliver compelling demos and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate innovation, value, and vision • Experience in scaling businesses and offerings in global environments.
