📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to support insurance sales as part of Seso's overall product offering. • Serve as subject matter expert on Seso's workers compensation program during sales calls with prospects and existing customers. • Manage insurance production activities throughout the application, quote, proposal, and binding process. • Maintain relationships with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients. • Process endorsement requests and ensure timely, accurate policy updates. • Support clients with claims, including guidance on completing claims forms and navigating the claims process. • Support policy renewals through proactive service and communication. • Process client requests for certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy-service inquiries. • Log activity in Seso's systems for accurate records.

🎯 Requirements

• Active P&C insurance broker license in good standing (contractor maintains license and continuing education independently) • 5+ years of P&C brokerage experience with strong command of workers compensation coverage, exposures, and markets • Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles and structures, with ability to explain them to clients • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Familiarity with Applied Epic / EZLynx and Salesforce CRM • Active Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage • Spanish fluency a plus • Prior agriculture industry experience a plus • Prior tech industry experience a plus
