📋 Description
• Build and lead core backend infrastructure and services • Ship out new features in Python • Own scalable APIs and robust data ingestion pipelines • Set technical direction and make high-impact architectural decisions • Shape product direction and tech strategy • Collaborate with clients for feedback
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ YOE in backend engineering using Python • Strong technical leadership experience • Experience architecting complex systems • Mentoring engineers • Driving best practices in fast-paced environments • Bonus points if you’ve contributed to open source or worked with AI/ML integrations.
