📋 Description

• Develop detailed cost plans and estimates for a large-scale construction campus • Produce and present monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding information • Coordinate cost data from design teams, contractors, and vendors for validation • Review contractor pricing and lead commercial negotiations • Manage post‑contract cost variances and change control processes • Support cost risk analysis and scenario planning • Ensure integration of cost, schedule, and scope with project controls teams • Act as the primary day‑to‑day client interface

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in construction cost management on medium to large‑scale projects of moderate to high complexity • Data center construction experience preferred • Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement routes, commercial management, value management, and value engineering • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills • Proficiency with industry‑standard cost management tools and software
