📋 Description
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for custom applications, internal tools, and AI-enabled solutions • Partner with engineering and integration teams to translate requirements into build-ready specifications • Help define workflows, user journeys, edge cases, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and exception handling for new solutions • Support initiatives involving automation or AI-adjacent capabilities • Support Salesforce enhancements and configuration in partnership with admins and delivery teams • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases aligned to productivity, automation, and efficiency outcomes • Promote adoption by ensuring solutions are understandable, practical, and well-documented
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role • Strong experience supporting custom applications, internal tools, or platform-based solutions • Experience working with development or integration teams in build-oriented environments • Working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and configuration concepts • Ability to understand system interactions and data flows at a conceptual level • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
