📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day localization projects across product, marketing, and support content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and localization requirements • Support international launches by coordinating localization readiness and surfacing risks early • Triage localization feedback and bugs, working with vendors and internal teams to implement fixes • Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and linguistic assets as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing localization or content operations projects • Experience working with TMS platforms such as Smartling, Phrase, or similar tools • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional working proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a tech, marketplace, or high-growth environment • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and propose practical solutions
