Description

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cost of goods sold and profitability. • Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate and timely financial information. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and recommendations for improving financial performance. • Utilize Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools to create compelling data visualizations and presentations. • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and goals. • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting. • Demonstrated passion for data analysis and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote, fast-paced environment.
