Controller

Manage financial assets and cash flow for a tech-driven e-commerce platform.

• To start, you’ll have mostly operational responsibilities for process improvement and automation.
• Review cash position for any cash shortfalls and work to resolve them with duties including, but are not limited to:
• Monitor the Company’s cash and debt balances; make recommendations on cash movements and debt repayments for each business unit’s liquidity structure
• Help improve our tech tools/systems, processes, and documentation
• Forecast and report on our cash and working capital
• Maintain our entitlements for access to cash and debt information
• Provide guidance and support for team members
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment processing vendors, acquirers, and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and stay abreast of industry trends
• Maintain cash forecast model for overall business liquidity
• Keep up to date with capital markets, credit ratings, interest rates, FX rates, and other KPIs relevant to the company's cash, debt, and risk exposure

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in QA automation (UI and Backend)
• Strong background in automating complex workflows is essential.
• Strong programming, debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skill (Preferred Selenium, Java , TestNG, or equivalent)
• Should have experience in designing workloads as per required specifications for Performance Testing.
• Scripting experience using BeanShell and Jmeter for performance testing.
• Experience with RDBMS like MYSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL is preferred
• Experience with ElasticSearch, and Kafka is preferred
• Experience working in the E-commerce frontend and backend domain will be a plus
