Customer Success Manager

Manage Pipe's strategic partners to drive growth with their businesses.

• This is a full-time, fully-remote position as a Senior Partner Success Manager where you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of Pipe’s largest partners.
• Your mission will be to manage existing alliance partners and ensure that Pipe’s embedded products drive growth within their business.
• You’ll onboard, manage, and grow Pipe’s partners, and identify net new opportunities with existing partners.
• You’ll be expected to proactively manage accounts, produce project plans, implement and track milestones to monitor partnership success, and present this both internally and externally to our largest partners.
• You’ll meet with our partners on an ongoing basis, and understand their current and future problems and requirements, ensuring that Pipe is positioned as a partner that they can grow with.
• You will help alliance partners upskill their sales team and reseller partners, working closely with Pipe’s Go-To-Market and Product teams, sharing feedback, and ensuring Pipe’s alliance partners are set up for success.
• You’ll work with the Head of Partnerships to monitor the success of alliances, and scope and produce business cases on how we can grow such accounts.

Senior Partner Success Manager

Business Development Rep

Drive strategic partnerships for Pipe’s embedded capital platform.

•This is a full-time, fully remote position as a Senior Business Development Manager where you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of Pipe’s largest partners.
•Your mission will be to help potential alliance partners understand the impact that Pipe’s embedded products can have on their business.
•While we’re very much still a startup in the sense that you may be asked to help with a variety of problems, in this role you can expect to spend most of your time working to identify new strategic partnership opportunities for Pipe.
•You’ll work closely with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to identify, source, and close alliance partners for Pipe.
•You’ll identify, source, and close vertical SaaS partners within the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Canada and Australia.
•You’ll be expected to proactively identify target accounts, initiate outbound messaging, and present Pipe’s offering to external commercial and product teams.
•You’ll meet with potential partners, seek to understand their problems, and determine if Pipe’s products are a good fit.
•You will help prospective partners build business cases, and work with them to understand their key objectives so that they can prioritize the opportunity to partner with Pipe.
•You’ll run initial discovery sessions, and work with the Head of Partnerships to close opportunities.
•You’ll work with Marketing to develop nurturing campaigns and provide feedback on product positioning.

Senior Business Development Manager

General Counsel

Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance for fintech product development.

• Advise on multiple regulatory matters affecting Pipe’s growing business in the United Kingdom and Europe in relation to business to business lending and merchant cash advances
• Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and actively cultivate creative ideas and insights into how legal frameworks can support new product developments and customer experiences
• Summarise and analyse impact of new applicable rules and regulations
• Providing legal advice and support to the business and compliance teams on issues related to AML/CTF, KYC/CDD, fraud, and sanctions
• Assisting other functions to draft, plan, and/or implement compliance policies and procedures
• Develop trusted relationship with business partners across multiple teams in various jurisdictions and stay informed on key product developments
• Assist with the licensing application and management function for existing and new non-U.S. jurisdictions

Full-stack Engineer

Support cloud infrastructure growth and maintenance for fast financing solutions.

• As an Infrastructure Engineer at Pipe, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.
• Our cloud infrastructure includes, but is not limited to, GCP, Kubernetes, Postgres, and Pulumi.
• You will work alongside our Security, Developer Experience and IT teams to ensure our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions for our business-critical applications and services.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure our infrastructure meets their requirements and is easy to use.

Staff Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Backend Engineer

• This is a full-time, fully-remote position as a Backend Engineer. While we're very much still a startup in the sense that you may be asked to help with a variety of problems, in this role you can expect to spend most of your time working on the code and systems that power Pipe’s Go-to-Market efforts.
• You'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams and write code needed to integrate CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Sendgrid etc) within Pipe’s backend systems.
• As a Backend Engineer, beyond specific GTM related tasks, you will also help design and improve new tooling and systems as needed to support our CRM and application needs.
• You will keep up to date on technology trends. Understand the impact of technology choices in the company.
