Customer Success Manager

Client Experience Account Manager responsible for exceptional client relationships at STAT.

• The Client Experience Account Manager is responsible for acting as the face of our company to each of our clients and ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with your clients to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding their expectations across all service offerings
• Maintain frequent contact with your portfolio of clients (approx. 30 accounts) on a regular basis (anywhere from daily, weekly or monthly touch points) via email, phone, and Zoom
• Ownership of the client journey from the Sales > CX handoff and corresponding engagement, retention, and adoption of STAT services
• Detailed internal account management, organization, and proactive support, communication, and monitoring to ensure accurate service tracking, results, and excellent client experience
• Cross collaboration with internal departments (Sales/Dev/Analysts) to ensure a fluid client experience along with the execution of all client requests, questions, needs, and business goals spanning multiple retailers

• Perform detailed data analysis on client financial transaction data to identify deduction recovery opportunities and follow-up to ensure completion
• Perform technical analysis to identify data anomalies and research root causes, using various technologies
• Synthesize insights and develop visual reports to clearly and simply communicate with clients what the data is saying
• Develop repeatable workflows to automate data cleansing and calculation steps
• Identify new opportunities for analysis and value-add services, and develop prototype solutions
• Lead internal technical learning sessions on specific topics
• Work with subject matter experts and further document the Retail processes that produce our clients’ data
• Contribute to shaping the strategic priorities of the Analytics function and lead projects to complete those priorities
• Develop and execute personal learning objectives to continuously expand technical skillset

Accounting Manager

Oversee accounting and financial processes for a tech-enabled recovery management firm.

• You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing efficient processes, and working cross-functionally with sales, client experience, operations, and finance team members and 3rd party partners.
• Use general ledger software like QuickBooks or NetSuite to record and process transactions
• Perform general ledger and other accounting reconciliations
• Work on improving our accounting processes and on automation projects
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Develop a good understanding of our services and our clients and referral partners to support meeting their needs
• Prepare reports and analyses as needed
