• Technical competence, e.g. from a technical vocational background (draftsperson, construction technician, civil engineer, architect, or similar) or comparable practical experience in the construction sector. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Driving license class B, as customer visits are part of the role. • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems.
