📋 Description

• Drive program requests from initiation through funding approval, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress • Monitor case queues, triage escalations, and balance competing priorities • Serve as primary contact for internal/external teams and facilitate alignment across business, finance, and operations stakeholders • Support requestors in navigating complex approval systems • Maintain case tracking documentation and ensure compliance with governance requirements • Provide status updates to leadership; flag risks and develop mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years project or program management experience in cross-functional environments • C2 level of English language proficiency • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experience • Experience with Microsoft products and cloud/Azure ecosystems preferred • Strong collaboration and risk mitigation skills across complex stakeholder groups • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) • Analytical problem-solver with ability to interpret ambiguous inputs and drive clarity • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience in training and process enablement a plus
