• Support the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions • Develop and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation • Continuously monitor model performance and refine algorithms • Provide insights on channel effectiveness and marketing attribution • Support design and development of AI-powered solutions • Collaborate with digital banking, marketing, and product teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4–6 Years of experience in AI & Machine Learning • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with SQL for data extraction • Knowledge of R is an added advantage • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in banking • Experience with digital analytics tools
