📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams. • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights. • Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. • Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments. • Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments. • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
