• Headhunt/ Source qualified candidates for internal staff roles across Latin America and the US using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. • Screen resumes/CVs and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future internal openings. • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align on search priorities. • Present high-quality shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations for next-stage interviews. • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and candidate experience. • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and modern sourcing strategies to strengthen recruiting outcomes.
• You are located in Latin America. • 4+ years of proven experience in sourcing for internal/corporate roles and mid-level to senior-level positions in both Latin America and the US. • Demonstrated success sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of business functions, including staff, operational, talent, or commercial roles. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify high-potential talent and make sound recommendations. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple openings, and work with urgency. • C1/C2 English language skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sourcing tools. • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. • AI-forward mindset with a strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, screening, workflow efficiency, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
