📋 Description

• Own P&L, strategy, and performance across the emerging brand portfolio • Develop creative and positioning strategy for each brand • Lead a cross-functional team on performance marketing execution • Set go-to-market strategy for new brand and product launches • Work cross-functionally with creative, growth, product, retail, and ops • Track, analyze, and report on brand performance across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DTC or performance-driven brand building • Deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, particularly paid social and creative strategy • Ability to identify a consumer insight and turn it into a compelling creative concept • Experience operating in lean, fast-moving environments and building without a playbook • Innately entrepreneurial with aspirations to start a business one day • Bias toward taking action, not just delegating
