• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field • 4+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales support, or opportunity support role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of the business development lifecycle and ability to support sales processes and teams effectively • Passion for continuous improvement • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes independently • Experience tracking, maintaining, and reporting on metrics or KPIs
