📋 Description

• Telephone and written contact with customers and prospects (including cold calling) • Organization and coordination of customer appointments • Support in maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system • Close collaboration with the sales team and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and HubSpot • Experience in B2B IT sales is a plus but not required • Very good German and English skills
