• Oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of a tax relief company • Manage team performance, human resources functions, compliance monitoring, and systems implementation • Track performance indicators and provide regular reports to leadership • Post job openings across multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking • Serve as first point of contact for general HR questions and employee concerns • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time • Monitor sales compliance with regulatory requirements
• 3-5 years of operations experience, preferably in professional services, financial services, or tax industry • Proven experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HR administration • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring and documentation • Experience evaluating and implementing software/technology solutions • Demonstrated ability to design processes and create standard operating procedures • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment for employee and client situations • Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and project management tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on operational metrics
