Description

• Manage corporate finance functions including investor relations and strategic finance • Prepare investor relations materials and support capital raising efforts • Assist with Board communications and drive strategic finance projects • Collaborate with Finance team to improve business performance • Evaluate potential acquisition and investment opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, venture capital or private equity experience • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite applications • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and broad quantitative analysis with a familiarity of basic accounting principles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a heightened attention to detail • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with limited oversight • An understanding of business models and metrics that are relevant to Oura • Ability to influence cross functional partners at all levels • Desire to succeed in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment: intellectual curiosity, proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity • Experience with Netsuite and Tableau a plus, although not required
