📋 Description
• Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality. • Oura is looking for a Product Designer for a 6 month contract, responsible for optimizing our consumer-facing eCommerce experiences and supporting product launches. • This person will work with stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data. • UX and UI design enhancements for ouraring.com, with a focus on eCommerce feature launches and evolving our design system. • Work closely with product managers and developers to optimize and iterate on web-based features. • Translate product requirements into simple and intuitive user-friendly design. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design. • Recommend and test UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data and conducting user research. • Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s creative and app design teams to maintain visual consistency across channels.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience as a UI/UX designer • History of launching successful consumer-facing eCommerce products • Figma expertise in building and maintaining design systems • A solid understanding of web technologies and responsive design principles • A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work • Experience driving user research activities a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with international groups and distributed teams a plus
