🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in educational program development, preferably within a technology or health-related field working with partner networks, enterprise and retail support, and/or external customers. • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing successful educational strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction. Ability to leverage AI for strategic advantage. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of educational initiatives. • Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team towards a shared vision, with a focus on innovation and excellence in education. Experience in integrating AI solutions into educational strategies is a plus. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Openness to adopting AI technologies to improve adaptability and efficiency. • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex educational projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and other relevant educational technology platforms.
