• Advanced Systems Group, LLC enables creativity through better technology and operations for media creatives and content owners. • Looking for a part-time UX Project Manager to refine client’s UX initiatives. • Expected to work approximately 20 hours per week. • Act as point of contact and project partner for various teams. • Identify team needs to drive process and documentation improvements. • Collaborate on team priorities and resource allocation. • Provide clear communication on program status and priorities. • Perform strategic analyses that translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in program management • Ability to establish trusted relationships and coordinate alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders • Demonstrated process improvement experience and accomplishments. • Experience with influencing organizational change to implement a process. • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. • A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a changing environment. • Thrives when challenged with vague/undefined program/project scope and can utilize data when proposing solutions for operational initiatives. • Has worked with creative teams and managed delivery schedules, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable • Previous experience in an agency setting and with client or account management.
