Description

• Lead and inspire a growing team to push beyond what’s expected and deliver a best-in-class experience for our community • Plan, build and implement community strategies to align with wider marketing beats • Collaborate with brand marketing and communication leads to ensure consistent messaging across all channels • Understand the pulse of the community and deliver timely and actionable feedback to the development team • Develop the next evolution of our MVP program to identify, elevate, and reward VIP community members • Organize and participate in events to build community growth and engagement, and boost brand awareness • Oversee the vision and execution of content creation that supports community initiatives • Leverage data to develop relevant themes/topics for content across owned channels that delivers on established key metrics • Track, analyze and report on content and program performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation • Stay on top of the latest community, gaming, and social media trends to keep us relevant • Conducting periodic competitive audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a community manager • At least 2 years experience in the video game industry • Experience launching successful community initiatives • Experience in managing a team of 3+ people • Knowledge of current and emerging community platforms and channel trends • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics • Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographic
