•Leading and managing a team of UI Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship •Empower team members with clear expectations and hold them accountable for their key results •Distributing tasks to various team members, and following up on their progress individually and during meetings •Communicating progress, challenges, risks, and solutions to stakeholders •Collaborating with artists, designers, and engineers to develop and maintain efficient production pipelines •Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our processes cutting-edge

Requirements

•4+ years of UI engineering experience, along with 1+ years of experience with managing a team •Experience with Unreal Engine, UMG, and Slate •A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other equivalent education •Ability to read, review, and write exceptional C++ code •Strong debugging, profiling, and problem solving skills •An understanding of common UI architecture methodologies (MVC, MVVM
