Description

• Lead Generation: Utilize your own network of contacts and leads to identify and target potential clients. • Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients through various channels (email, phone, meetings, etc.) to present our services and value propositions. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that result in new business opportunities. • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for the client. • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and that proposals are aligned with our capabilities. • Market Insights: Provide feedback and insights from the market to help refine our strategies and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven (5 years+) experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the tech or digital transformation industry. • Strong network of contacts and existing leads within relevant industries and geographies • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • A deep understanding of AI, software development, and digital services landscapes. • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Benefits

• Commission Only: You will earn a 20% commission on each deal closed and won, paid out for up to 12 months following the deal closure. • Flexible Hours: You decide how much time you want to dedicate to this role. Your earnings are directly tied to your efforts and success in closing deals.
