• Lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings • Set ambitious organic growth goals, driving visibility, traffic, and engagement through SEO initiatives • Implement SEO best practices in all content creation and optimisation efforts • Perform technical SEO audits, addressing issues like site architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and mobile performance • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth • Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, images, etc. • Lead the content SEO strategy, ensuring creation of high-quality, optimised content aligned with user intent • Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance KPIs using analytics tools • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to integrate SEO into the wider marketing strategy • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities • Develop in-house affiliate sites to conduct competitor analysis and drive traffic • Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach to improve domain authority and backlink profile
• 4+ years of SEO experience in iGaming • Expertise in all areas of SEO: technical, on-page, off-page, and content • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Native or fluent English • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or SEO certifications are a plus
