Description

• Management Reporting and Analysis • Owning the annual operating plan and department budgets • Developing the financial models and forecasts that support informed decision-making • Consolidating, cleaning, and preparing financial and operational data • Intercompanies reporting • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. Implement new processes and measures to improve operational efficiency • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (like sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to help them understand the financial impact of their decisions and to provide them with analytical support • Preparing data for any ad hoc analysis executives may need

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven working experience in Audit, Accounting or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multinational company • Fluent English • Educational background in Mathematic, Economics, Business, Finance or similar • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must • Experience working with GAAP and IFRS • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process • Experience with NetSuite (or similar accounting software) would be highly valued • Being super hands-on and self-driven • Self-disciplined and keen on meeting deadlines • Organized and detail - oriented person • Mathematical thinking
