We are rapidly growing, and looking to add new, career-driven team members. • In this position, you will have an opportunity to work in our highest-tier helpdesk support team where you can learn new technologies, tools, and techniques. • This tier is responsible for managing and supporting our user's workstation environment, and provides escalation support for the junior help desk techs. • Our culture is close-knit, fast paced, hungry to learn, and quality output driven.
• Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications: • Processor: • Core i5 or higher • RAM - 8GB or higher • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps • Hardwired into the internet • Headset • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background. • Years of Windows desktop support. • 3 Years Printers and scanner support. • Windows NTFS Management • Basic LAN Networking • Managed WiFi systems configuration and troubleshooting • MUST BE; • Extremely committed and responsible. • Quick learner. • Resolution oriented. • Hungry to learn and advance in their career. • Excellent in Customer Service and enjoys working with customers via email or phone. • Self-start and will look for ways to improve processes and services. • Great troubleshooter. • This position requires high responsibility and dedication.
