📋 Description
• We are seeking remote Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. • Working Hours: 9AM – 1PM EST
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms). • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and effective communication abilities. • Work Ethic: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address invoicing issues and discrepancies. • Ideally candidates with previous experience with NetSuite.
