Requirements
• Minimum two years of experience in community engagement or related field. • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing engagement strategies • Must have effective communication skills including strong writing skills. Must be able to compose articles, flyers, and posters. This requirement assumes proficiency in the use of appropriate computer software like Canva etc. • Proficiency in the use of social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter - Creativity, sound judgment, and the ability to work at times with minimal direction. The Community Engagement Specialist must be a self starter and must possess the ability to work under deadline pressure.
