🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment. • Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly. • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications: • Core i5 or higher • RAM - 8GB or higher • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
