📋 Description
• The Operations team is responsible for the management, maintenance, and T3+ support for Production SaaS Infrastructure. • As Team Lead, you will work closely with the VP Cloud Engineering and Engineering Leads to ensure reliability, performance, and security of production environments. • Coordinate and oversee resolution of high-priority incidents and manage operational workflows. • Develop strategies for ongoing maintenance and support ensuring compliance with security standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in IT operations, maintenance, and support • Experience working with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience working on SaaS deployments • Experience working with eventing and queuing systems, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Experience working with an Observability platform such as Datadog or New Relic • Experience in project management, including managing budgets and resource allocation • Experience working with compliance programs such as NIST, SOC2, and FEDRAMP • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent project management skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with compliance, security, and audit teams, and other cross-functional teams • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
