• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Multi-Channel Online-Marketing-Strategie mit Fokus auf der Lead-Generierung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Growth Team • Planung, Ausführung und Optimierung von Performance Marketing Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle, v.a. Google Ads, Meta Ads und andere Paid Social Kanäle • Analyse von Marketingdaten und Entwicklung von Testing-Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Performance und relevanter KPIs • Unterstützung bei der konzeptionellen Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Creatives in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Inhouse-Creative Team oder externen Partnern • Analyse der Mitbewerber inkl. Marktbeobachtungen um frühzeitige Trends zu erkennen und sinnvolle Ansätze zur Optimierung aller relevanten Schritte im Marketing-Funnel zu finden
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Online Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise mit Vorerfahrung in der Lead Generation • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Performance Marketing Kampagnen in Google Ads, Paid Social von Vorteil (v.a. Meta Ads) • Erfahrung in der konzeptionellen Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Creatives in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, datengesteuerte Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen • Expertise in Excel und PowerPoint; Grundverständnis von Google Analytics und CRM Systemen von Vorteil • Hohe Motivation, Proaktivität und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
