• As an Associate Product Manager in a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in building innovative energy products • These products help our customers use more sustainable energy while aiming to reduce energy costs to zero • Your responsibilities include scoping your own initiatives, providing operations support, and assisting the product manager with various activities

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are available to work 20 hours per week • You are pursuing a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) • You have a solution-oriented mindset, capable of thinking critically and addressing challenges • You take initiative and proactively contribute ideas on what to do next • You demonstrate a strong drive to take responsibility and ownership of tasks • You possess intrinsic motivation to help build exceptional products that delight users • You have strong communication and organizational skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams • You have a history of going the extra mile to deliver outstanding results • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with quick decision-making • You have very good spoken and written English skills (knowledge of German is a plus) • Bonus points for familiarity with the energy industry, particularly the energy market • Bonus points for experience or knowledge in product management or software development • Bonus points for currently pursuing a Master’s degree
