• Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns. • Focus on identifying and targeting key customer segments. • Ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns and optimizing results. • Work closely with sales and product teams to align with business goals. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation. • Create marketing plans focused on generating high-quality leads. • Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation. • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from conception to delivery. • Implement strategies for lead nurturing, scoring, and sales handoff. • Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and optimize future campaigns. • Utilize digital marketing tactics to generate leads and nurture relationships. • Manage the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Develop and manage campaign assets including landing pages, emails, and content. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across campaigns. • Identify and resolve challenges during campaign execution. • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries. • Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth. • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing. • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and lead funnel management. • Expertise in campaign management, project execution, and multi-channel marketing. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in the IoT, technology, or SaaS sectors. • Understanding of European markets and customer behavior. • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tactics. • Familiarity with A/B testing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
