Description

• Ensure smooth internal processes: Act as the backbone of our Sales Organization, facilitating internal process flow such as order management, account creation, SIM transfer in collaboration with other stakeholders at 1NCE • Sales support tasks: Undertake various sales support tasks as requested by managers to support Asia sales team, such as various tasks regarding internal sales related IT system such as Salesforce, back-end IT system • Support sales in preparations for necessary sales tasks • Marketing support tasks: Undertake various marketing support tasks as requested by sales managers and marketing colleagues to support Asia marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years in B2B Sales: You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar function • Educational Background: Holding a college degree • Business IT Applications Experience: Previous experience with Business IT Application systems, such as familiarity with Salesforce and related business IT system is advantageous • Communication Skills: Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including fluency in Japanese and English. Chinese and other Asian language competency plus • Preferred Engagement with External Partners: Engaging in a structured manner when collaborating with external partners. Experience working with sales partner SoftBank is plus • Team Player with a Success-Oriented Attitude: Being a valuable team player, bringing a success-oriented attitude to the table • Hands-On Mentality and Thirst for Knowledge: Possessing a hands-on mentality and exhibiting a constant thirst for knowledge • Character Traits: Characteristics include perseverance, organizational ability, and a positive attitude.
