🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, finance operations or related roles • Ability to lead and represent finance on collaborative cross-functional projects, supporting product launches, acquisitions, strategic business initiatives and processes. • SaaS or technology company experience is considered an asset. • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and financial analysis. • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to adapt and change quickly to shifting demands • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. • Identify opportunities and recommend best practices for financial operations within a remote work environment. • Exercise autonomy with the expectation to provide potential solutions, collaborate with other subject matter experts as necessary. • Demonstrate communication skills, including the ability to highlight key problems or key facts for various audiences. • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. • CPA, MBA or other relevant qualification preferred but not required.
