• Manage the AR inbox and distribute emails efficiently among team members • Respond to customer emails regarding billing and collection matters • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer success teams, to resolve customer issues and improve billing and collections processes • Own the recording and reconciliation of customer payments • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing related AR accounts. • Assist in monitoring overdue accounts and contribute to collection efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships. • Assist in projects related to the automation and process improvements of the AR team.
• 2+ years of accounting experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must since the role requires constant communication with customers and internal stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to demonstrate teamwork skills in a growing team. • Strong attention to detail and proficient analytical skills • A knack for learning things on your own and quickly adapting to new environments.
