Description

Requirements

• Experience successfully leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture for at least 3-5 years. • Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications, automating CI/CD pipelines, and orchestrating complex systems in cloud environments (AWS or GCP preferred). • Effectively managed teams within Agile frameworks, promoting iterative development and continuous improvement practices. • Deep understanding of Git workflows, enabling seamless collaboration and maintaining code integrity across distributed teams. • Strong coding skills, emphasizing the ability to write scalable and maintainable code that supports large-scale production systems.
